Tracking your order is an important way to keep tabs on your products and shipments. With Sisel, tracking orders is quick, simple, and efficient. Please find below a simple step-by-step walkthrough on how to track each of your orders.

  • Log into Back Office
  • Go to Business Center> Ordering> Customer Orders
  1. You will be able to see all orders for the month, at the very far right side of the screen you will see the Tracking number
  2. Copy the tracking number
  3. Go to and paste the tracking number on the search bar
  • Click on “Track Now”
  • You will see the latest update on the status of your package
